We’re proud to introduce you to Meghan, Senior Designer and the newest member of Seed – Sustainable Design Studio. We asked her a few questions to help you get to know who she is.

Who do you look up to as a mentor or role-model in your life?

I’ve never had just one mentor. It’s the positive, strong traits of people I interact with that inspire me to keep striving in life.

In your opinion, what is your greatest asset?

That I always try to see the best in people.

What’s your favourite thing to do when you’re not in the office?

I love being outdoors. Nowadays it’s mostly pushing my daughter on the swing and playing in the sandpit, so I’m getting to relive some of my childhood.

Name one thing that you think can help change the world for the better.

Empathy: the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. I think a bit more empathy could solve many disputes in the world.

What’s your most prized gadget or creative tool?

I feel like it should be my pencil but it’s the design programme, Illustrator.

If you could give your younger self some advice what would it be?

Everything will work out in the end. The cliché of “live in the moment” really applies. Life passes by so quickly.
